The Underground Scribe: As the Earth Brings Forth its Sprouts

I will rejoice greatly in the Lord, my soul will exult in my God; for He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has covered me with a robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom puts on a turban, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

For as the earth brings forth its sprouts, and as a garden causes what is sown in it to spring up, so the Lord God will [most certainly] cause righteousness and justice and praise to spring up before all the nations [through the power of His word].

~~Isaiah 61:10-11 AMP 2015

So What's a Scribe?

A scribe is someone who consistently operates in three broad giftings: writing, teaching, and administration. Scribes often fill roles of recording and preserving; may be connected with the law, history, scholarship, or government; or serve as secretaries, treasurers, or board members of organizations. The scribe may, of course, carry other gifts as well.

It's possible to receive a scribal assignment yet not be a scribe, just as it’s possible to prophesy (per 1 Corinthians 14) but not be a prophet.

A prophetic scribe is a scribe who conveys the testimony of Jesus in their work (Rev. 19:10), for the purpose of expanding His Kingdom. A prophetic scribe also edifies, encourages, and consoles the church (1 Corinthians 14:3).
